El objetivo principal es mejorar la calidad de vida, que se consigue mejorando la calidad de las actividades diarias.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Son sesiones de ejercicio f\u00edsico, saludables y seguras, guiadas por un profesional de la actividad f\u00edsica y del deporte.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>\u00bfPara qui\u00e9n?<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">El proyecto est\u00e1 dirigido principalmente a personas mayores con alg\u00fan grado de dependencia.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo y d\u00f3nde?<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Jueves 9:30-10:30, en el Centro de Salud de Irurtzun.<br \/>\nViernes a las 16:00 de la tarde, en el Centro de Salud de Etxarri.<\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><b>\u00bfPara qu\u00e9?<\/b><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">Para prevenir y\/o reducir la fragilidad, y posibles\u00a0 fracturas, es necesario actuar sobre su principal factor de riesgo: la inactividad f\u00edsica y el comportamiento sedentario.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: large\">En este sentido, se abordar\u00e1 la prescripci\u00f3n de ejercicio f\u00edsico en las personas mayores y los programas de ejercicio f\u00edsico m\u00e1s eficaces como el entrenamiento de fuerza, para mejorar la salud, el tratamiento de ciertas enfermedades y\u00a0 para prevenir el deterioro funcional y las ca\u00eddas en personas mayores.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">El objetivo es: mantener su autonom\u00eda y evitar la dependencia. Resulta clave para ello realizar ejercicios de fuerza.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">Cuidar el coraz\u00f3n. Mejorar el nivel f\u00edsico. Cuidar la salud mental y cognitiva.
